* Honey is an amazing product with countless health properties. Honey will not spoil, if your honey crystalizes do not discard. In order to retain all of the natural health benefits of crystalized honey, warm it low and slow to return it to a viscous state.
* Whipped honey can be stored in your pantry or on your counter at room temperature without spoiling. However, if your home is too warm the honey will return to a liquid again. If you prefer to store it in the fridge, it will keep in a nice and thick consistency and easier to spread (similar to fluff). Some separation can occur and may will see a layer of foam on the top of the jar.
